Unisys wins 5-year contract extension

Unisys Corp. has won a five-year extension of a contract to both maintain and expand IT services to Flowserve Corp., a Texas-based maker of products for the power, oil and other industries.

The extension, worth an estimated $37 million, will take Blue Bell-based Unisys beyond a contract that was scheduled to expire in 2011. The company will work to coordinate about 10,000 of Flowserve's employees in more than 50 countries.
