Conestoga Bank, Chester Springs, said James A. Malloy had been appointed chief lending officer. Malloy was formerly senior vice president of Commercial Banking at Conestoga Bank.

Toll Bros. Inc., the Horsham home builder, has appointed John K. McDonald senior vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer. McDonald has been the company's deputy general counsel for the last three years.

Special Olympics Pennsylvania said Tony L. Covington had joined as director of its Philadelphia program. He had been a director with CureSearch for Children's Cancer in Maryland and before that played with the National Football League.

Comcast SportsNet said Todd Berman had been named senior director of digital media, responsible for managing the growth and day-to-day operations for CSNPhilly.com. At CSNPhilly.com, Berman succeeds Rich Libero, who was promoted to vice president, digital content for Comcast Sports Group. Berman had been general manager for NewYork.com.

The Cooper Health System said Gary J. Lesneski had been appointed senior executive vice president/general counsel, effective Oct. 1. Lesneski is a partner in and president of the law firm Archer & Greiner P.C.

Reed Smith L.L.P. said Paul J. Jaskot, a partner in its Philadelphia office, would become co-practice group leader of the firm's U.S. Corporate & Securities Group. Jaskot been deputy practice group leader of Corporate & Securities and will share leadership of the group with Stewart Dolin, of the firm's Chicago office.

Turner Investment Partners Inc., a Berwyn investment-management firm, said Thomas R. Trala, chief operating officer, had been promoted to an executive managing director and a member of Turner's Executive Management Group.

Robert F. Amweg was named chief financial officer, a position Trala previously held. Amweg had been chief accounting officer.

Turner Investment Partners also promoted Matthew D. Glaser to the new position of chief of investment strategies and executive managing director. Glaser had been the director of alternative strategies and the architect of the Turner Spectrum Fund.

Cabrini College, Radnor, has named two vice presidents.

Anne Skleder, founding dean of Chatham College for Women at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, was named provost/vice president for academic affairs.

Dennis Kelly, vice president for enrollment at Georgian Court University in Lakewood, N.J., was named vice president for enrollment management.

Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust has named Michael Rakers general manager of Springfield Mall in Springfield, Delaware County. Rakers had been general manager of Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs, Colo.
