has elected

chairman for a one-year term. He is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Public Service Enterprise Group Inc., corporate parent of Public Service Electric & Gas Co. and holds an M.B.A. from the university. He succeeds M. William Howard Jr.

The Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, Harrisburg, has elected the following officers to its board:

Alice J. Zal, who has a private family practice in Norristown and is a clinical assistant professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and an instructor at the University of Pennsylvania, is president.

Frank M. Tursi, a staff member and director of medical education at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, is president-elect.

Mark A. Monaco, medical director of Wayne Nursing Center and a physician at Delaware County Family Practice Associates, of Broomall, is vice president.

William A. Wewer, who practices family medicine in Steelton and is a partner at Family Practice Center P.C. and a staff member of the PinnacleHealth System, of Harrisburg, is secretary and treasurer.

Louis B. Kupperman was appointed by the commissioners of Chester County to the board of the Chester County Industrial Development Authority. He is a senior partner and member of the Litigation, Business and Finance, and Regulatory, Administrative and Gaming Departments at Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P., Philadelphia.

Internet Capital Group Inc., Wayne, has elected Peter Miller to its board. Miller was recently appointed CEO of OptiNose and is former president and CEO of Take Care Health Systems Inc., a business he cofounded and sold to Walgreen Co.

Joseph D. Mancano has been elected to the board of governors of the Civil War Museum of Philadelphia. He is a partner in the law firm of Pietragallo, Gordon, Alfano, Bosick and Raspanti L.L.P., Philadelphia, and is vice chairman of the firm's White Collar Criminal Defense Group and a member of its Commercial Litigation Group.

The Philadelphia Youth Network Inc., a nonprofit group focused on youth workforce development, has elected Gregory G. Doyle, Jovan Goldstein, and Sam Silvers to its board. Doyle is a partner at Ernst & Young L.L.P., Philadelphia. Goldstein is a partner at Milligan & Co. L.L.C., Philadelphia. Silvers is principal at Deloitte Consulting L.L.P., Philadelphia.

The American Association of Airport Executives, a professional organization for airport executives founded in 1928, has elected Philadelphia International Airport CEO Mark Gale to its national board of directors.

Camphill Special School in Glenmoore has elected Warren R. Gleicher president of its board. He is a partner at Olshan, Grundman, Frome, Rosenzweig & Wolosky L.L.P. in New York City. Gregory Ambrose has been named to the board. He is a project administrator at the Vanguard Group, Malvern.

The Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Co., Philadelphia, has elected Anthony J. De Carlo, retired and former CEO of Lumbermens Merchandising Corp., to its board.

The MidAtlantic District Export Council said the following members were appointed by the U.S. secretary of commerce:

Matt Glenn is manager, international operations, at Analytical Graphics Inc., Exton.

William Blair Woodring is international sales and business development manager at Dubose National Energy Services Inc., Wilmington.

Robert Wilson is vice president, sales, at York Wire & Cable Inc., York, Pa.

MaryEllen McGrory is with Audubon Sales & Service, Feasterville.

Kimberly A. Cahill is director of Temple CIBER Institute of Global Management Studies, managing editor, Journal of International Management at Fox School of Business, Philadelphia.

Katie Godfrey is sales and marketing manager at Nielsen Kellerman, Boothwyn.

Linda Mysliwy Conlin is president of the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia.

Elliot M. Levin is vice president of Pathfinder L.L.C., Cherry Hill.

Gene L. Dodaro, acting comptroller general of the United States and head of the Government Accountability Office (GAO), has appointed Mary Naylor to the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission. She is the Marian S. Ware Professor in Gerontology and director of the NewCourtland Center for Transitions and Health at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.
