Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co. has named

Robert "Sledge" Slegelmilch

vice president and Delaware Valley site executive, with responsibility for operations in Newtown and King of Prussia. Slegelmilch had been vice president of Information Technology Services for Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Systems.

Nicole S. Jones has been named senior vice president and general counsel at Lincoln National Corp. Jones had been deputy general counsel, chief counsel, and corporate secretary at Cigna Corp.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. has promoted Spencer Yablon to vice president. Yablon had been regional manager of Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office and will retain those responsibilities.

Wolters Kluwer Health Inc., a provider of information and business intelligence in medicine, nursing, allied health, and pharmacy, has appointed Susan Driscoll president and chief executive officer of Wolters Kluwer Health, Professional & Education effective Tuesday. Driscoll had been executive vice president and general manager of the Professional & Education unit.

Michael J. Lyons was named executive vice president of Atkinson, Mullen & Russo Travel L.L.C., of Newtown Square, an incentive travel-meetings management firm. Lyons was formerly president and chief executive officer of Global Event Partners, Philadelphia.

Penn Virginia Resource Partners L.P. and Penn Virginia GP Holdings L.P., Radnor, have elected Robert B. Wallace executive vice president and chief financial officer of the general partner of PVR and PVG. Frank A. Pici has resigned the positions to devote more time to his role as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Penn Virginia Corp., a natural gas and oil company and the owner of the general partner and the largest unit holder of PVG. Wallace has been senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer of the general partner of Buckeye Partners L.P.

The Haverford Trust Co., a Radnor private firm, has hired Jeffrey M. Bagley as vice president, portfolio manager and senior research analyst. He had been senior vice president and portfolio manager at Davidson Trust Co.

Delaware Park, the Wilmington racetrack and gaming venue, has named Susan Ciboldi director of table games, where she will oversee Delaware Park's table games and poker room. She had been vice president of table games operations at Connecticut's Mohegan Sun and casino manager at Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City.

MyYearbook.com, a New Hope social-media company, has appointed Scott Levine as senior vice president of business development. He had led corporate development as senior vice president Sony Music Entertainment Inc.

BLOCS (Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools), a Philadelphia nonprofit scholarship organization, has appointed Joseph Garecht as executive director. He had been director of development at the Philadelphia Children's Alliance Inc.

Journal Register Co., a Yardley media company, has promoted William Higginson to president and chief operating officer from senior vice president, production.

The company also named Daniel Sarko senior vice president of integrated sales. Sarko had been chief digital officer.

It named Adam Burnham vice president of local sales. He had been vice president of sales and marketing.

And it named Jon Cooper vice president of content. Cooper had been director of digital content.

Kathleen M. Hiltner has been hired as business-development officer at Liberty Bell Bank. She was community outreach coordinator with the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Burlington County.

Michele Pollack has been named executive vice president, chief lending officer of Cape Bank and Cape Bancorp Inc. Pollack had been managing director and chief lending officer for Susquehanna Bank in South Jersey.
