Jan R. Figueira is president and chief executive officer of Girls Incorporated of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia.
Joan Lee Goldstein is retired vice president of information management for IMS Health Inc., Norwalk, Conn., and Plymouth Meeting.
Joshua S. Gross is president of Mill Creek Capital Advisors L.L.C., Conshohocken.
John J. Kelly is associate chairman of Emergency Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Roy S. Neff is a partner at Gamma Capital Advisors Ltd. L.L.C., King of Prussia.
Lawrence A. Real is the medical director of Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment and cochair for Einstein's department of psychiatry.
Randi Vizak Rosenberg is a social worker with the Spina Bifida Clinic at MossRehab, part of the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network.
Les J. Seskin is the chairman of Brookwood Media Arts Inc., Lower Gwynedd.
Also, Steven Berk was elected to his first term as chairman of the Albert Einstein Healthcare Services board. Berk is a partner with the law firm of Segal, Wolf, Berk, Gaines & Liss, Philadelphia.
Jane Hoffer was elected chairwoman of the Albert Einstein Physician Services board of trustees. Hoffer was the president and CEO of Prescient Applied Intelligence Inc., West Chester, and now is the CEO of BrainRewards Inc.
James J. Calla was named to the board of Liberty Bell Bank, Cherry Hill. Calla is the former executive vice president and managing director of the Capital Markets Group, Philadelphia.
Philippe W. Ouellette Jr. was elected second vice chairman of the National Association of Credit Union Chairmen, a Del Mar, Calif., professional association. He is chairman of Citadel Federal Credit Union Inc., Thorndale.
Philadelphia real estate executive Arthur P. Pasquarella has been elected 2010 chairman of the board of The Counselors of Real Estate, an international professional organization. He is a principal at BPG Properties, Philadelphia.
