Marke D. Dickinson was promoted to senior vice president, brand and chief marketing officer, from vice president, corporate strategy and brand.

Elizabeth B. Lee joins the provider of automotive, travel, and other services as senior vice president of human resources and distribution. Lee most recently was the senior executive vice president of human resources at MBNA America/Bank of America Corp.

Nicholas J. Eppinger was promoted to senior vice president, insurance sales and partner relations, from vice president, insurance sales.

Russell R. Shaner was promoted to senior vice president, claims, underwriting, and customer service for AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Group, from vice president, claims.

Diane H. Remy was promoted to senior vice president, club products and services, from senior vice president, retail contact centers and travel.

David S. Ernest was promoted to vice president, travel services, from group managing director, travel sales, marketing, and technology.

Lynn Miller was promoted to vice president, retail operations, from group managing director, retail operations.

Lance Sabouni was promoted to vice president, automotive services, from group managing director of roadside assistance.

Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. said industrial-leasing specialist Jim McCahon had joined the firm's Philadelphia office as vice president responsible for assisting clients in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware markets in site selection, tenant representation, and the disposition/acquisition of industrial real estate. McCahon had been vice president of acquisitions at Patriot Equities.

Sandra D. Ford joined executive coaching and career-management firm Kelleher Associates Inc., Wayne, as executive vice president and senior partner. She had been managing director and founder of The Ford Group Inc., Wayne, a national retained executive search and consulting firm.

Chad L. Gaulrapp was promoted to civil/site/landscape architecture division manager of Pennoni Associates Inc.'s Haddon Heights office. He has been with the engineering-services firm for eight years and most recently was senior engineer.

Masterpiece Advertising said Hiro Kizuka had been hired as director of interactive communications to oversee the Atlantic City agency's online marketing division and its designers and programmers. Most recently, he worked with Orion Systems Integrators Inc. as team lead for user experience.
