On the Boards

Airline Hydraulics Corp., a Bensalem distributor of fluid-power and automation products, has named the following people to its board:

Brian Peirce is president and chief executive officer of Peirce-Phelps Inc., Philadelphia.

James Steiker is chairman and CEO of SES Advisors Inc., Philadelphia.

George Wilkinson is chairman at The Modern Group Ltd., Bristol.

Donald Rauch is the retired CEO of M&C Specialties, Southampton.

David M. Cordani, president and chief operating officer of Cigna Corp., has been named to the board of the Philadelphia health services company. Board member Isaiah "Ike" Harris Jr. will become nonexecutive chairman Jan. 1. Harris, 56, who has been on the board since 2005, is currently vice chairman.

The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce has appointed the following new members to its board for 2009-10:

Robert B. Asher is cochairman of Asher's Chocolates Inc., Souderton.

Teresa E. Bryce is president of Radian Guaranty Inc., Philadelphia.

John A. Dawkins 3d is president and CEO of Jo-Dan Enterprises, Bala Cynwyd.

Barbara Deptula is executive vice president and chief corporate development officer at Shire Pharmaceuticals Inc., Wayne.

Keith S. DiMarino is president of DocuVault Delaware Valley, Thorofore.

The Rev. Peter M. Donohue is president of Villanova University, Villanova.

Robert Enslin is president of SAP America Inc., Newtown Square.

Varsovia Fernandez is president and CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Philadelphia.
