MileStone Bank, a Doylestown community bank, named
John C. Spier to its board. He is founder and former president and chief executive officer of FirstService Bank, Doylestown.
The nonprofit
Civil War & Underground Railroad Museum of Philadelphia named
Seamus P. McCaffery and
Jon C. Sirlin to its board of governors. McCaffery is a Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice and had been a Philadelphia police officer. Sirlin is managing shareholder of Sirlin Gallogly and Lesser, P.C., Philadelphia.
