Katherine Hollis joined Data Systems Analysts, Trevose, as senior vice president for strategic planning and business development. She was a corporate portfolio executive director for Electronic Data Systems.

Universal Health Services Inc., a King of Prussia hospital operator, named Mike Marquez and Marc Miller, son of chief executive officer Alan Miller, coheads of the acute-care division. Marquez has been vice president of the acute-care division's western region. Miller has been vice president of the eastern region since 2003.

George Herrmann was named executive vice president of the Americas for Right Management, the Philadelphia-based subsidiary of Manpower Inc., which specializes in outplacement and employment transition services. Previously, Herrmann led Right Management's overall finance and administrative direction.

DecisionOne Corp., Devon, announced that Kathryn Alexander rejoined the technology support services company as senior vice president, sales and marketing. Most recently, Alexander worked for Northrop Grumman Corp., where she served in a variety of roles, including the IBM relationship manager.

Andrew Wood was named director of marketing for Bernie Robbins Fine Jewelry stores, based in Somers Point. Wood was most recently director of advertising for the Greater Philadelphia Tourism and Marketing Corp.

Dean Bobrowski was named vice president of sales at Sedona Corp., King of Prussia. He had been national director of software sales for Apple Computer Inc. Education unit.

Pete Dannenfelser was named vice president of strategic innovation for Cadient Group, a West Conshohocken interactive marketing agency focused on the health-care industry. He had been director of new channel development at Novartis Pharmaceuticals.

Consolidated Services Group, Lansdale, promoted Maria Longworth to vice president of medical case management services from assistant vice president of case management.

Acsis Inc., a Marlton company that focuses on implementing SAP software and services, promoted John J. DiPalo to senior vice president of product development from vice president of solutions engineering.

Raymond W. Barton was named vice president of project delivery. He had been director of solution services at Vis.align Inc., King of Prussia.

Judge Group Inc., West Conshohocken, hired Scott O. Wilson as vice president of strategic development for its Judge Consulting Group division. He had been a director in AlixPartners' Information Technology Transformation Services practice in New York.

Janet Dillone was promoted to president of Health Services, the health-care information technology division of Siemens Medical Solutions, Malvern. She had been chief operating officer of that division. Dillone succeeds Tom Miller, who joins the group board of Siemens Medical as of July 1.

Heinrich Kolem was named president and chief executive officer of Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. Customer Solutions Group. He succeeds Tom McCausland, who will retire June 30.

Marshall P. Soura will become chairman and chief executive officer of Sovereign Bank's Mid-Atlantic Division. He had been managing director of Sovereign's Global Solutions Group. Soura will succeed Jim Lynch, who will retire from Sovereign on Sept. 30.

Catherine Malkermes was named director of membership at WHYY. She had been chief membership and program officer for the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Charles L. Homer was named vice president of marketing and brand management for Haverford Trust Co., a private financial services firm. He previously had his own marketing services business.

Erik Yedwab was named director of data and technical services at ITA Partners Inc., a Philadelphia firm that provides risk-management strategies to insurers and employers. He had held the same position at Apex Management Group, Princeton.

Chris Ryan was promoted to chief operating officer of Direct Group, a Pennington direct-marketing firm. He had been executive vice president in charge of service, quality, sales and marketing.
