Unruly passengers beat up AA pilot

I may find fault with those who run some airlines, but I have great sympathy for frontline employes, those who deal directly with customers at airports and on airplanes. That's why this is an important story: An American pilot was assaulted by a passenger who was being kicked off a flight because he couldn't be awakened to fasten  his seatbelt. I'm happy to report the alleged assailant was arrested.
