TSA says if we trust you, keep your shoes on

The TSA has announced plans for a pilot "trusted traveler" program at four big airports (PHL is NOT one)  that may allow some travelers who have been vetted in advance to sail through security, even without taking shoes off. TSA has tried this kind of program before and it's failed to take hold or do much good, but here are details of what the agency wants to do now.
