Southwest, Continental surprise with profits

Round two of airline earnings reports this morning brings good news for two carriers. Southwest made money in both the fourth quarter and all of 2009, extending its string of annual profits to 37 straight years. Continental surprised analysts with a fourth-quarter profit but lost money for the year.
