At PHL, strange tale of bag handler behavior

This story is being posted for those who might come  here first, or only, since this is one of those big local stories that can be all over the media. A US Airways flight from PHL to Bermuda was delayed, and all the passengers evacuated from the plane, after a strange incident involving the loading of bags. Two bag handlers working the flight noticed that a third one wasn't wearing an ID as required by company and federal regulations. When he was questioned, he ran away and couldn't be located again immediately. A security threat? Nothing was found when the plane was searched, so who knows at this point.
