New airport parking signage confuses many

New informational signage at PHL's parking garages, intended to help drivers find empty spaces, is also confusing many people. But the parkiing authority, which builds and runs the garages, says the signage system is helping many motorists, and there are some good reasons it won't ever be  100 percent accurate.  Beat reporter Linda Loyd took a closer look at the problem in a story today.
