Administration promises air security review

This posting is for those who come only to this space for their airline and air-travel news. Everyone else knows what happened as Delta flight 253 approached Detroit from Amsterdam on Christmas day: A man attempted to set off an explosive device. Given that it happened on a holiday, followed by a weekend, needless to say the story, it has dominated news coverage, mostly in the form of educated or semi-educating guessing by a host of TV talking heads. For the record, the most recent story is posted here.
