The new PHL cell phone lot, on airport property in an easily accessible location, is apparently still a second choice for some motorists approaching the airport. The Daily News did a spot check and found that cars are still parking on the entrance ramps. Read it all here.

    Dude, no one wants to fly anymore. This cutting edge invention is about 5 years late. Cell phones have been around for what, 20 years now?
