The Irish airline Ryanair is noted for very low fares and serious "a la carte" pricing, charging for certain services that not even U.S. carriers have thought of yet. Now, it's CEO says it may cost you one Euro (about $1.43) to use the "loo" on its flights. Coins and credit cards would be accepted. Read more about it here.

    Someone notify Doug Parker. right away... this is a money maker.. Next there will a scale at every usairways boarding gate.. anyone over 200 will pay a serivce fee of 10.00.. not including children under 5 years of age... of course..

    This is really silly. Perhaps we should charge more for #2 than #1. Perhaps we should also add a meter for when the toilet roll moves to charge by linear feet. Or maybe per flush. Or maybe a timer to calculate how much to charge based on time in the loo. For heaven's sake.
