Winter storm time: Airlines relax ticketing rules

If you're flying in the next few days, remember that airlines show rare flexibility in changing your plans without penalty when there are major winter storms threatening. Delta and JetBlue have released statements so far on allowing changes, and other carriers no doubt will follow.
