US Airways for years dragged down PHL's on-time record, as reported each month by the Bureau of Transportation Statistics and Department of Transportation. The tables have turned, and now US has one of the better records and ls lifting the airport's overall record. Systemwide, US had one of the best on-time performances in May among the major airlines, finishing in the top three for the sixth month in a row. Go to page 9 in this month's report, at http://airconsumer.ost.dot.gov/reports/2008/July/200807atcr.pdf to see PHL stats. US Airways also reported its June traffic today. Find a story about that here: http://www.philly.com/philly/business/breaking/20080707_US_Airways_says_traffic_inched_down_in_June.html
