Parking Nirvana in Lower Merion

The Inquirer's Kathy Bocella has a nice story today about civility in action in Lower Merion, where new parking meters allow drivers to park free for ten minutes, just by pushing a button. These things are the epitome of reasonablness, and the antithesis of paid street parking in Philly, whereby you can be ticketed while you dash into a store for change to feed the meter.
