Watch: Steve Carell sings 'Sexual Healing' on Fallon

“Foxcatcher” star Steve Carell joined Jimmy Fallon last night to show just how versatile of a performer he can be.

"Foxcatcher" star Steve Carell joined Jimmy Fallon last night to show just how versatile of a performer he can be.

Though he usually serves as the comedic relief, Carell took on a very serious role for the movie about embattled local wrestling coach John du Pont. His portrayal earned him a Golden Globe and SAG Award nomination. But never mind the dark character he becomes in the film—Carell joined Fallon's barbershop quartet Ragtime Gals to cover the Marvin Gaye classic, "Sexual Healing," on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon" Wednesday night.

Fallon and his trio of harmonizing gents begin the tune—"Get up, get up, get up, get up"—when Carell leaps out of nowhere into the lead vocals and steals the spotlight. Needless to say, hilarity ensues.
