WATCH: Homeless guy claims to survive by one-night stands

"Joe" is not your typical homeless guy on the streets of NYC. Sure, he sleeps on cardboard outside and panhandles but he also says he charms women to take him to their homes or apartments three to four nights a week.

Elite Daily took the time to chat with Joe certainly unearthed some interesting details.

The 26 year old, originally from Boston, said he was tossed from his mom's house after she found drugs in his room.

He now says he manages to make up to $150 a day panhandling.

Part of his day-to-day lifestyle also includes flirting with women, (mostly outside of bars, based on the video above) dishing them all sorts of compliments and then making sure they take him home with them.

Joe says he's able to stay a few days at their apartment, long enough to get some showering and laundry done.

Despite his trouble with drugs and drinking habits (sometimes two Four Locos a day, maybe some vodka and Gatorade) he says he likes to donate to others on the street.

"Life's all about karma, like, I figure I do the right thing, the universe recipricates."
