On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of the United States voted 5-4 to rule the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional. Additionally, SCOTUS issued the decision that proponents of Proposition 8 do not have the legal right to defend the law in federal court, essentially re-legalizing gay marriage in California.

The Daily Show news crew decided to celebrate "Judgement Gay" and the announcement that gay people could pay their taxes and find out that their spouses have been killed by mocking Justice Scalia's dissent and then holding a gay marriage between Jason Jones and Al Madrigal.
