You probably know Ahmir Thompson as Questlove, the band leader of Philly's own The Legendary Roots Crew. The drummer is, really, more than just a drummer. He recently taught a music class at NYU and, on Tuesday, stopped by The Daily Show with John Oliver to plug his new book, Mo' Meta Blues.

The book is part memoir, with Questlove's manager "calling bullsh** on every story he tells" from the footnotes. John Oliver talks with Quest about the book, the car crash on The Cosby Show that influenced the hip hop of a generation, and that time that he went roller-skating with Prince.

The interview is a must-watch.
