Tina Fey hates Twitter and thinks you're boring

The folks at New York Magazine have made an impassioned plea to get Tina Fey to join Twitter. Fey recently answered a question about Twitter for an online Q&A segment posted at NBC.com.

NY Mag's Jonathan Chait points out that the 30 Rock star is, obviously, being funny. But, Chait suggests that Fey's rant comes from a real place; one rooted in unfamiliarity with how Twitter functions. He goes on to explain that if Tina Fey spent some time on Twitter, followed fellow comedians and writers, and used it as a means of filtering content online, then she'd probably enjoy it.

Twitter would be a better place with Fey offering up some musings mixed between blergs and what the whats.

After doing a few skits on Saturday night as Sarah Palin, Tina Fey ACTUALLY BELIEVES SHE HAS THE LOOKS AND BODY OF SARAH PALIN (insanity). Ha Tina go back to your hole in Upper Darby. Sarah's a 10 and Tina you're a 2 minus (on a good day with a lot of make up!)Keep kissing Loren Michaels you know what to stay employed if you any brains at all.

I knew I liked her for a reason...ahe points out the obivious.....those with no lives and no interest in forming real relationships, satify thier self-absorbshion with sharing thier meaningless, mundane existence with others who have no self esteem and who think the world gives a dam about thier lives......but then again, it beats alcohol or drug addiction or house cleaning or job searching.....

Tina is right, Twitter is stupid; the only thing dumber than Twitter are the Twit-heads who use it. (And I'm sorry I've wasted the Internets even this much about Twitter!)
