Playbill has the details of the project, which is slated to debut in September.
"From the twisted minds that brought you Showgirls! The Musical," press notes state, "Bayside! The Musical! tackles all the tough questions: Will Zack and Kelly break up? Will Slater quit wrestling forever? Who will develop an incurable caffeine addiction? Can the gang save The Max? Will Screech die? Bayside! The Musical! has it all: large cell phones, wrestling, feminism, ducks covered in oil, teenage pregnancy, and proms."
Tickets are going to be $25 and shows will run on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8 p.m. If you're not already organizing a bus trip to New York for you and everyone you know to catch a performance of Bayside! The Musical!, then we can't be friends anymore because that's going to be the best way to start a night out in New York this fall.
