It's the future, which means it's time for football fans to start following the white rabbit on Sunday nights. NBC has announced that it will have 24 cameras fixated on the action in each of the endzones for every Sunday Night Football contest this season. What that means for fans is that the broadcasts will include 360-degree replay angles a la that infamous scene from The Matrix.

"We're trying to be a show that really appeals to everybody," analyst Cris Collinsworth said during a Television Critics Association panel on Saturday. ""We're trying to [show] human beings behind the facemasks."

The show will also begin sending a "Sunday Night Football" bus to each game city before the games, and to local high school games on Friday nights.

So, now we'll all be able to watch the refs blow games for the Packers in bullet time. [The Wrap]
