Rapper Lupe Fiasco performed a shorter set than originally expected at an inauguration party in Washington, D.C. on Sunday night. Lupe went on an anti-Obama rant and repetitively rapped, "Gaza strip was getting bombed, Obama didn't say shit / That's why I ain't vote for him, next one either." Like, for 30 minutes. The verse is from his 2011 song, "Words I Never Said."

StartUp RockOn—the group that organized the event—issued a statement indicating that the problem wasn't Fiasco's message, but his refusal to stop repeating it even as the crowd grew "vocally dissatisfied." Apparently Lupe repeated the verse over and over until the event's organizers decided to move to the next act earlier than planned.
