Former Eagle LeSean McCoy cracked the Internet up earlier this month with a social media invitation to a “females-only” party but now insists that “it was no weird orgy thing going on.”

McCoy addressed the party at the Buffalo Bills’ training camp today, saying that the entire event was taken out of context. Though, he did admit that he never should have posted the invitation on social media:

However, when asked to define the context of the party, McCoy declined to comment:

Which, of course, may help explain why Rex Ryan, head coach of the Buffalo Bills, was so distraught about not having been invited:

Previously, McCoy canceled his proposed July 26 party and reportedly spent the night at Famous Dave’s BBQ in Cherry Hill. He poked fun at the incident earlier this month with a parody invitation that specifically did not invite Hulk Hogan.

Even then, though, it still seemed creepy.
