Kanye proposed to Kim Kardashian with an orchestra at AT&T Park

Kanye West took a break from touring in support of Yeezus, tearing Jimmy Kimmel a new one on Twitter, and having thoughtful complaints about the racism that persists in today's society, but alienating everyone with a brain by articulating those thoughts through self-obsessed diatribes about leather jogging pants, to propose to the mother of his child.

Kanye West took a break from touring in support of Yeezus, tearing Jimmy Kimmel a new one on Twitter, and having thoughtful complaints about the racism that persists in today's society, but alienating everyone with a brain by articulating those thoughts through self-obsessed diatribes about leather jogging pants, to propose to the mother of his child on Monday.

According to reports, Kanye put his proposal on the big screen at AT&T Park in San Francisco.

Kardashian's hair stylist, Clyde Haygood, sent a picture of the ring out via Instagram. The ring is a 15-carat diamond designed by celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz.

Kanye was the first presenter at the Hollywood Film Awards on Monday, telling the audience that he had just flown in from San Fran and that he was flying back immediately after his appearance. Now we know why.

The proposal included a 50-piece orchestra playing Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful" and West's own song with Keri Hilson and Ne-Yo, "Knock You Down". [h/t NYDN]
