Kim Kardashian is a genius. Say what you will about the woman, but the fact remains that she turned a sex tape with a guy who is most relevant for being the younger brother of an R&B singer who went to prom with Kobe into an empire that knows no limits.

Most recently, Kardashian and (possible hubby to be?) Kanye broke the Internet when Kim gave birth to their daughter and they named her North West. Now, though, it seems like for all of the Pilot Inspektor and related shade people were throwing out over Twitter, that Kardashian and company may be a bit smarter than everyone's giving her credit for because the couple reportedly sent fake pictures of their baby to friends.

That's right, Kanye and Kim Kardashian are said to have sent their friends pictures of random babies so that actual pictures of their daughter, North West wouldn't leak.

TMZ has more:

So here's what we're being told.  Kim felt people in her world were going to hawk baby photos, so she wanted to catch the culprits quickly.  We're told Kim hatched a plan and sent a half-dozen of her "friends" pictures of a baby she claimed was North West -- but we're told it was an impostor infant.

Sure enough ... someone came along and tried selling us this pic (above).  Gotta say ... it looks like it could be Kim and Kanye's baby.  It has the right ... well, you know ... but Kim would obviously pick a pic of an impostor baby that had the qualities of her own child. [TMZ]
