Happy Valentine's House of Cards Day, everybody! We've finally made it. Much to the chagrin of snowed in folks pleading with Netflix for an early release of the second season of the Kevin Spacey political drama that's just as much Dexter as it is The West Wing, the streaming behemoth held off until midnight to make the 13 new episodes available.

Before you melt into your couch and allow Kevin Spacey to spook the hell right out of you, be sure to catch up on everything you need to know about House of Cards.

As if you needed any assistance, you can stream House of Cards on Netflix here.

First, remember not to spoil anything for President Obama. He's behind on his shows because he's busy being the leader of the free world. He's politely asked that we all keep the Francis Underwood's shady Washington scheming to ourselves.

Then, before you get wrapped up in the second season, head on over to Vulture where the fine folks at New York mag's pop culture headquarters did a lovely job refreshing our memories about what happened last season.

Or just watch this quick video to relive all of the butchery.

Be sure to re-watch the trailer for Season 2.

Just a brief reminder that Robin Wright took home a Golden Globe for her icy turn as Claire Underwood.

The folks over at Heavy.com were on top of their game this week. You can cruise on over there to get episode recaps of Season 2. Yes, already. Obviously, those will include spoilers, so tread carefully.

Regardless of your Valentine's Day plans, be sure to absorb as much of House of Cards as quickly as possible because the Internet is sure to ruin it for you if you don't.

If only that foot of snow had held off for a day.

Happy streaming, you guys.
