A 23-year-old high school math teacher in Aurora, Colorado has made her administrators none to happy after she tweeted a topless photo of herself to popular DJ, Diplo (Philly, shoutout). The photo shows Carly McKinney—known from here on out as "CrunkBear"—upside down with her feet against a wall wearing nothing but panties. If you're old, it may be helpful to know that this is called "twerking." Don't ask. Well, okay, if you must:
Anyway, Diplo retweeted the photo, which alerted CrunkBear's students because zOMG THEIR TEACHER LISTENS TO DIPLO AND TWEETED TOPLESS PHOTOS. Overland High School's administrators caught wind of the fiasco and suspended CrunkBear.
Oh, I totally forgot to mention that, upon further examination, CrunkBear's Twitter account—@Crunk_Bear (get it now?)—included a tweet calling one student "jailbait" and a tweet indicating that she had marijuana in her car on school grounds. Whoops.
Diplo and others have been showing their support for CrunkBear on Twitter by using #FreeCrunkBear. Isn't the future awesome, you guys? [Spinner]

Hot for teacher! Really, the thingto worry about here isn't the social networks as much as the absolute stupidity of the people using them. These kids (she is a kid)are our future? I just don't get it, wat makes people think they can put this stuff out in public? It's no different then running down the street naked with a joint in on hand and a vibrator in the other. Probably good she got hit with this though, calling a student jailbait we were probably going to see her with a worse problem later.

- Hey, some of you people NEED to come out from under a rock. Kids learn these things quicker today, thanks to government mandated "health" teaching programs...passing out condoms to students, etc.!! Everybody learns it from SOMEBODY sooner or later, and usually from somebody else.

- Society needs to learn a lot about itself. I do not agree or disagree with her choices but in this country she is entitled to them. She will not be the first or the last teacher or professional to do this. These are the Liberties that people are fighting for and swarming to our shores to have. - I enjoyed reading some of the nonserious responses as most were actually pretty witty. However, the message by Martinez showed a lack of understanding of the freedom concept. People have freedom of speech but they can't write unflattering things about their boss because they will be fired. Likewise, a doctor cannot display pictures f his clients unless he/she has given permission. This young woman has the emotional intelligence of a moose in heat.
