A 49-year-old man was arrested at a boys swim meet in a suburb of Chicago. Lawrence Adamczyk allegedly told police that he had taken a train to Brookfield to go to the zoo and look for little boys to have sex with. According to authorities, Adamczyk says that Justin Bieber sent him a brain-wave message, when he was walking past Brookfield High School, telling him to see the boys there.

He told police that he had performed a sexual act while watching the boys swimming event, the release said. Adamczyk “made several other intensely sexual statements involving young boys to Riverside Police investigators that are simply too graphic to include in a public statement,” the release said.

Adamczyk was on parole and under electronic monitoring following his arrest for a similar act at a fitness center in 2011. He was also arrested for similar crimes in 2009 and 2005.

Weitzel also said, “I cannot understand how this individual was not required to register as a sex offender. I ordered my personnel to contact the Illinois Department of Corrections and request his parole status be revoked due to this arrest in Riverside. At 7 p.m. on Saturday January 12, Mr. Adamczyk’s parole was revoked and the Riverside Police Department received a parole warrant authorizing them to place a no bond hold on” him.
