Happy April Fools Day, ya filthy animals. Here's one of Google's holiday offerings, Google Nose BETA. They're also adding treasure maps, enabling emoticons to Google+ pictures, selecting the winner of YouTube, launching Gmail blue, and introducing a handful of other faux innovations. [TNW]
