Even the Eagles aren't siding with Meek Mill

The Eagles decision to play Drake’s most scathing rebuttal, “Back to Back,” at practice on Sunday only further solidifies his rap beef victory.

In a move that may have cost the Philly rapper his career, Meek Mill thought it wise to publicly allege rapper Drake didn't write his own music. In rap, that's a potentially harmful accusation. However, after Drake's two diss records aimed at Meek, and Meek's too little, too late response, it would appear Toronto's finest has ended up on top.

The Eagles' decision to play Drake's most scathing rebuttal, "Back to Back," at practice on Sunday only further solidifies his rap beef victory.

At training camp at Lincoln Financial Field, the team's disloyalty to hometown rapper Meek Mill was caught on camera and tweeted by DJ Akademiks.

DJ Akademiks has spoken in length about the evolution of the Drake and Meek Mill beef. On July 29, Drake released "Back to Back," his second Meek Mill diss after his first, less ceremonious "Charged Up." In "Back to Back," Drake raps, "I drove through in the Wraith playing AR-AB," referencing another Philly rapper. AR-AB, a Philly native, who sided with Drake and is now engaging in his own beef with rapper Omelly of Meek Mill's Dream Chasers crew.

Though on tour with Nicki Minaj, Meek has addressed the beef at different stops along the way. Most recently, he announced to an audience in Chicago, "This is my girl's tour," in reference to Drake's "Back to Back" line "Is that a world tour or your girl's tour?" Still, said Meek, he's "getting [expletive] money every night."
