Hope you haven't already spent all of your money on Justin Timberlake tickets because Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle performed TOGETHER last night and toyed with the idea of going on tour. Folks at the legendary Comedy Cellar (the place in the Louie credits) got a hell of a treat on Wednesday night when Dave Chappelle did a 45-minute set and was joined by Rock, who started with an, "Aw, you lucky motherf***ers."

Apparently the two comics spent the next hour cracking jokes about President Obama, Kevin Hart, Prince, and the Oscars before texting Jay-Z to see if he wanted to get spaghetti for fourth meal. Seriously. Then they left voicemails for Arsenio Hall and Lenny Kravitz because all famous people know each other. Illuminati.

While they were on stage, Chappelle and Rock discussed the idea of going on tour together.

"Come out to Oakland," Chappelle told Rock.

"You should come down to West Palm," Rock replied.

Chappelle: "After next Tuesday, I'm free for like 11 years."

Rock said he has a new movie of his own he's going to film later this spring, and would be cutting it over the summer. "I've got time between now and the movie," Rock told Chappelle onstage. "By Halloween, I could do dates."

Marlon Wayans showed up and joined them on stage for about 15 minutes before Chris Rock asked for a copy of the DVD from the performance so that he could prove to his wife why he was out until 3 a.m.

Questlove was there and instagrammed a bunch of photos, including the one above featuring The Roots Crew's drummer, Rock, Chappelle, Wayans, Kevin Hart and Bill Bellamy. He added:

I was working on the other side of the world when suddenly I got a “get yo arse down here NOW!!!!!” text. Sure enough I made it just in time to see the best night ever at the comedy cellar: Hannibal was on 1st, then Chapelle did an amazing off the top bit about what life will be like in a South African jail with prosthetic legs…and the pope quitting his career too. & then the floodgates opened: Hart riffed on Spilling drinks on Hov then everyone got in a cipher doing a mini roast/dozens/lovefest about each other. It was honest to god like watching the comic version of “scenario” or “the symphony” jokes and punchlines were flying fast. Stories of way back when was told. And I had the best seat in the house (Dave told me to play piano….but I took the bench just to get a good view) amazing night watching #themaster5

Seriously, this actually happened. The Comic's Comic has more on the the greatest random comedy show that ever was. Suddenly that random improv show, a beer at Devil's Alley, and two episodes of Mad Men on Netflix feels like the worst waste of a Wednesday night ever. [h/t Gawker]
