Snow is just another excuse to drink your favorite brewskies. Clown Shoes Clementine is one of our personal vices.

With this mushy, cold snow showing no signs of stopping, we’ve got one thing on our minds: Happy Hour.

At 4 PM today, Barcade is letting Massachusetts’s own Clown Shoes Brewery take over their draft taps. Eighteen of their lovely, delicious craft beers will be available just for you–so many choices, it will be hard to pick just one (best to try all).

Some of the beer list's highlights include Blaecorn Unidragon (12.5% ABV – Monstrous Russian Imperial Stout), Chocolate Sombrero (9.0% ABV - Imperial Stout brewed with chocolate malt, ancho chili, cinnamon, and vanilla) and Supa Hero (firkin) (8.0% - India Pale Ale). Get the full list, here.

Radlands Tees will be going 2 for $30 or 4 for $40, Crewnecks $25 and Zip Ups $30. A seriously rad deal for a seriously rad brand! Stock up on these limited edition items before it's too late.

Sipping in sidewalk seating is swell, but why not up the ante at one (or all) of these rooftop bars and restaurants?

Ranging in cuisine and style from the ultra-plush Nineteen (XIX) on the 19th floor of Hyatt at The Bellevue to the cozy, casual Revolution House in Old City, Philly's open-air bar scene has something to offer for everyone.

Nineteen (XIX) and Vango boast some of the best cityscape views around while Continental Midtown and The Corner carry classic cocktails that are sure to appease the drinker in you.

Atoms For Peace
In case you missed it yesterday, the supergroup Atoms For Peace( Radiohead lead man Thom Yorke, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, Beck/R.E.M drummer Joey Waronker and Brazilian percussionist Mauro Refosco) announced that they will head out on the road in support of their debut record, Amok. The album was released last month on XL Recordings and it largely feels like a Thom Yorke and Nigel Godrich collaboration album that lacks Flea's signature bass lines. Despite that though, the album overall is a solid piece of work. It's just whenever people of their caliber are together, the expectations are through the roof.
There's no doubt that when the band plays live, Flea's bass will have more free range than it does on the record. Luckily for us Philadelphians, we'll get a chance to witness that live at Temple University's Liacouras Center on Tuesday, September 24. Tickets for the show go on sale this Saturday(03/23) and will be found HERE.

Also don't be surprised if they pull out some surprises from Thom Yorke's solo album, The Eraser. The band did get together back in 2010 with the sole purpose of performing that record live. They clicked so well that it led to them recording Amok.

Twenty years ago we wore our hats backwards, our moods on our rings and our sweaters on our waists. Tu Pac wasn’t a hologram, Mariah Carey was an idol, and boy bands ruled the world. If you miss the 90s as much as we do, then you will be like totally stoked to know that your favorite decade is making a comeback this Friday at THIS IS HOW WE DO IT – The 90s Party!

That’s right, THIS IS HOW WE DO IT is officially back on the scene with their Spring Bling edition, and we couldn’t be more excited. On Friday, March 22, the Troc Balcony will be transformed into a world of 90s rock, dance jams and hip hop beats. These nostalgic sounds will be brought to you by DJ HONKYTRON, and it’s clearly going to be an epic journey back in time.

Make sure you’re wearing your freshest 90s gear because you’re going to want to dress to impress (remember, the theme is Spring Bling). Dust off your track suits, sweat bands, JNCO jeans, snap bracelets, Umbro shorts, biker caps, light up sneaks, and Tommy Hilfiger attire. Ladies – work those mall bangs and fellas – rock that gel spiked hair. Let’s jiggy wit’ it.
