A study of cult film on the now defunct Video Home System. Artists from across the country will cut, paint, print and deface VHS copies of their favorite films from the past. Join us as we celebrate the lost experience of late night trips to the video store, when you could rent your favorite tape, wear it out play after play and return it (without rewinding).

The show will take place during Exhumed Films annual 24 Hour Horror-Thon at the International House in Philadelphia. For one night only, They’re turning the lobby of the theater into your favorite local video store.

Featuring: Justin Bartlett, Michael Bukowski, Jeanne D’Angelo, Paul D’Elia, Donald Dixon, Nick Dupey, JP Flexner, Skylar Gahagan, Jill Ginsberg, Justin Gray, Eric Guntor, James Heimer, Shawn Hileman, Zach Hobbs, Dan Judge, Julien Langendorff, Alex Lukas, Mark McCoy, TJ McGlade, Justin Miller, Jessica Robles, C.M. Ruiz, Jessica Scarlett, Josh Schafer, Perry Shall, Adam Smith, Sam Smith, Steven Speir and more.
