Rev up your engine and head over to the East Passyunk Car Show and Street Festival

Don't miss the East Passyunk Car Show and Street Festival

On your mark – get set – go to the East Passyunk Car Show and Street Festival on Sunday, July 28.

From noon until 5 p.m., car buffs can revel in the beauty of more than 140 classic cars, trucks and motorcycles on display on East Passyunk Avenue. From classy antiques to tricked-out muscle cars, there will certainly be some sweet rides for everyone to love.

The day's showcased rides will be in the running for the festival's prized accolades, which include "best '50s custom," "best low rider" and "best of show car."

As you scope out the awesome automobiles, indulge in delicious food, live music and fun activities.

Local eateries like Birra, Plenty and Belle Cakery will provide some scrumptious eats. Tex-Mex favorite Cantina Los Caballitos will offer a margarita and brunch special that is difficult to turn down. As if that wasn't enough already, you can toast the day with libations from The Bottle Shop and much more.

Several bands and DJs will perform on each block of the festival, so you can rock out no matter which rides you're looking at. And the music keeps playing after the festival with live performances at Stogie Joe's from 8 to 11 p.m.

Not only will you see the Philly area's coolest cars, but you can also get artsy at The Singing Fountain's craft fair. The fair will include more than 40 vendors and kid-friendly activities, so all ages can enjoy the neighborhood festivities.

Want to show off your hot rod? You can still enter your automobile into the festival for a chance to be best in show.
