#PhillyFive Things to Do: Sept. 20, 2014

Things are happening today.

Things are happening today.

For style: Refinery29, a beauty and style website, has teamed up with the King of Prussia Mall (160 N. Gulph Rd., King of Prussia) to hold an all-day style event in the mall's Nordstrom Court. From noon to 5 p.m. get style advice, a mini makeover, shop from independent brands and more.

For an opening night: The Walnut Street Theatre's (825 Walnut St.) latest children's production "Alice in Wonderland Jr." makes its debut with three showtimes today: 10:30 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

For sunny alternative: Still managing to make music videos innovative in the YouTube age, OK Go makes ear-catching tunes, too. Hear it at Union Transfer (1026 Spring Garden St.) at 8:30 p.m. today.

For a festival: 'Tis the season to drink beer. McCoole's Arts and Events Place (10 S. Main St., Quakertown) hosts a beer festival with tastings, beer trivia and live music from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today.

For dance floor residents: After a summer of Rad-B-Qs, the Making Time DJs are bringing it back indoors at Voyeur Nightclub (1221 Saint James St.) and welcoming Toronto synth musician TR/ST for a night of sights and sounds starting at 9 p.m. Score free Tecate, Heineken and Sailor Jerry rum cocktails before 11 p.m.
