These events won't attend themselves!

For athletics: A selection of 15 different cycling races, ranging in organization from age, gender, distance and speed, will take place starting at 8 a.m. during the first-ever Sly Fox Cyclocross. Held at the Sly Fox Brewery (331 Circle of Progress Dr., Pottstown), day-of registration opens at 7 a.m. For specatators, beer (of course) and food will be provided on a pay-as-you-go basis.

For an aquatic adventure: Today is the last chance to check out the Weeki Wachee Mermaids, the synchronized swimming, aquarium visiting mythical beauties. They perform a handful of times between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Adventure Aquarium (1 Aquarium Dr., Camden, N.J.).

For some pampering: You owe it to yourself to take part in some TLC at Eviama Life Spa (109 S. 13th St.). Try out skin and beauty products, sip on cocktails and listen to a demonstration on how to get that glowing complexion. The Sip and Spa Fall Brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For a Mayan tradition: From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., families can stop into the Penn Museum (3260 South St.) for some arts and crafts. Paint mosaic tiles to create your own Maya Jade Death Mask.

For nostalgia: O-Town, the original reality television manufactured band (take that One Direction!) makes a fresh start in a new decade minus Ashley Parker Angel. They take the stage at 2 p.m. at the TLA (334 South St.).
