#PhillyFive Things to Do: May 30, 2015

Ready, set, Saturday!

Ready, set, Saturday!

For shopping: Antique vendors selling furniture, jewelry, art, pottery and more will set up along Pine and Lombard Streets from 3rd to 5th Streets from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for today's Philly Flea.

For furry pals: Doggy day camp, Camp Bow Wow (2850 Comly Rd.), is celebrating the new location with a pet fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pet owners can check out the vendors, tour the facility and take part in some animal-friendly games.

For a trio: These three "T" words should catch your attention: Taps, tunes and trucks. All three are coming to the Sly Fox Tasting Room (331 Circle of Progress Dr., Pottstown) starting at 10 a.m. Sly Fox beers will, naturally, be on tap all day while eight food trucks — including The Cow and the Curd and Surf and Turf Truck — will be serving the good stuff until 6 p.m. Tin Bird Choir, Frog Holler and Anthony D'Amato will provide the day's sounds.

For a dairy byproduct: Local cheese maker Jamie Png will run through the basics of the food from coagulation to molding at a two-hour class starting at noon at Greensgrow Community Kitchen at St. Michael's Lutheran Church (2139 E. Cumberland St.).

For a powerhouse: Two of Philly's top dance companies, Philadanco and BalletX, will share the stage for the first time at Longwood Gardens (1001 Longwood Rd.), performing fan favorite works starting at 7:30 p.m.
