For a literary talk: The Daily News' Wendy Ruderman and Barbara Laker discuss their book "Busted: A Tale of Corruption and Betrayal in the City of Brotherly Love" at Har Zion Temple (1500 Hagys Ford Rd., Narberth) at 10:30 a.m. as a part of their "Open a Book…Open Your Mind" initiative.

For an award-winning screening: The coming-of-age, Golden Globe winning Boyhood, written and directed by Richard Linklater, plays at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute (824 W. Lancaster Ave., Bryn Mawr) at 7 p.m.

For history: Author of "Lincoln and the Jews: A History," Jonathan D. Sarna comes to the National Museum of American Jewish History (101 S. Independence Mall East) to discuss Lincoln's legacy at 7 p.m.

For nerds: During Nerd Nite at Frankford Hall (1210 Frankford Ave.), myths concerning gluten free diets, forensic science and hidden animal species will be debunked starting at 7:30 p.m.

For a queen-sized performance: Season six winner of "RuPaul's Drag Race," Bianca Del Rio brings her "Rolodex of Hate" comedy tour to the TLA (334 South St.) for a 9 p.m. performance. Expect nothing but sass.
