For a good cause: The March of Dimes' March & Run for Babies, a 5k and 10k run/walk that helps raises funds to ensure moms have healthier pregnancies, will get underway at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway) today. Registration begins at 7 a.m. with a start time of 8 a.m. for the run and 8 a.m. registration start and 9:30 a.m. start for the walk.

For brunch: After your walk or run, head over to select Mt. Airy restaurants for Spring Brunch Sessions. For $16 a person, chow down on a starter, entrée, side and coffee or tea from Earth Bread + Brewery (7141 Germantown Ave.), Read and Eat (7141 Germantown Ave.), Trolley Car Diner (7619 Germantown Ave.) and more. Check each restaurant for hours.

For grooves: World Dance Day touches down at the Piazza at Schmidt's (N. 2nd St. and Germantown Ave.) where local dance troupes and choreographers will perform and teach Flamenco, Bollywood, Salsa and more. Activities begin at noon.

For a demonstration: See in-progress religious artworks in glassblowing, blacksmithing, mosaic making and more at the Glencairn Museum's (1001 Cathedral Rd., Bryn Athyn) Sacred Arts Festival from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

For a hometown show: Philly's own R&B queen Jazmine Sullivan returns to the TLA (334 South St.) at 8 p.m. to support her latest album Reality Show.
