Philadelphia Sound Konnoisseurs returns to Voyeur Nightclub on July 3rd

The Philadelphia Sound Konnoisseurs is a collective that features some of Philadelphia's finest DJ talent, with participants in the past such as Diplo, Jazzy Jeff, ?uestlove, and many more associated with the Philly music scene.  This year, PSK returns as the pre-event to The Roots' 4th of July Jam which already features Queen Latifah, Common, Darryl Hall, and Joe Jonas.

Calling it a "rave", ?uestlove brought together a number of different styles and DJ's last year at Voyeur, and it returns to the venue again this year.  This year features two of Philadelphia's finest DJ's, DJ Drama and Jazzy Jeff.  Drama has collaborated with some of the biggest and best names in hip-hop, and worked his way to becoming the official DJ for T.I.  Jazzy Jeff has been a staple in the Philly music scene for the last two decades, drawing praise from ?uestlove for his creativity and reliability in last years PSK event.

Joining the Philly crew will be LA's own J Rocc of Stones Throw Records, another DJ that brings excitement and diversity to his sets, and producer/DJ legend Rich Medina, who is no stranger to the Philly club scene, as well as DJ PHSH and DJ Statik.

This party adds another element to an already huge 4th of July extravaganza with some of Philadelphia's finest talent on display. '
