Clear your schedule for Tuesdays because PhilaMOCA has just announced a brand new weekly music and movie night. Starting on Tuesday, June 5th a local musician will take the stage every Tuesday at 8pm and will then introduce a previously unannounced film of their choice to be screened at 9pm. Each screening will be preceded by an explanation as to why they chose the film and how it inspires them.

PhilaMOCA will be featuring a different guest curator for each month of the series. June’s curator will be Rockaphilly.com, a local concert listings site. June 5th will kick off with a performance by Lushlife, followed by a solo set by Jesse from In Grenada on June 12th and Oh! Pears on June 26th. July’s guest curator will be Herbie Shellenberger of Pet Milk and August’s will be Fred Knittel of Folkadelphia.
