You probably drank a month's worth of beer on Super Bowl Sunday, but February isn't close to being over. From listening to the rhythmic tones provided by our local brewers to tapping dozens of firkins, here are 11 boozy events to get your drink on with.

Friday, Feb. 6 marks the birthday of a legend, Bob Marley. To celebrate this reggae icon, the City Tap House (3925 Walnut St.) will serve a list of Firestone Walker beers including Wookey Jack (American black ale),  Velvet Merlin (oatmeal stout), Union Jack (IPA), and Pivo Pils (pilsner) and host live music by Predator Dub Assassins. The music and beer offerings start at 6 p.m.

Whoever thinks brewmasters and staff can't jam, think again. The third annual Band of Brewers returns to World Café Live (3025 Walnut St.) for a music competition featuring regional breweries. With purchase of a ticket, you'll get to hear a wide variety of music from companies such as Weyerbacher, Philadelphia Brewing, Forest & Main, and more, as well as a lineup of their local brews. The session starts at noon on Sunday, Feb. 8.

Romance will pour at the Oyster House (1516 Sansom St.) on Thursday, Feb. 12. as Yards' Love Stout makes a very special appearance at the restaurant. Starting things run 5 p.m. through 7 p.m., Yards' team will pour four different versions of Love Stout: the original, coffee, vanilla, and chocolate to compliment the bar's happy hour food specials that include $3 oyster shooters, and a variety of $1 oyster and clam shells.

Beer drinkers throughout Philadelphia know that when Friday the 13th lands on the calendar, Jason Voorhees isn't the highlight of the day: The Grey Lodge Pub (6235 Frankford Ave.) takes spotlight.  Every time the 13th day of the month lands on a Friday, the Northeast Philly bar holds its Friday the Firkinteenth event. Beginning at noon on Friday, Feb. 13, the bar will be full of selected firkins ready to be tapped. Not only will you enjoy local and national beers from brands like Dogfish Head, Starr Hill, Yards, Troegs, and Weyerbacher, but you'll also get a chance to land a very special shirt — an "I kicked the firkin" tee from the pub. How do you land one of these cherished items? It's pretty simple; if you hear a bell ring that means you grabbed the last ounces of beer from one of the firkins. This event will run as cash only.

Relive your summer cookouts indoors with World Café Live's (3025 Walnut St.) Annual Beats, Beers, and Barbecue  Festival on Saturday, Feb. 21. Do you remember seeing "Anaconda" in 1997 and saying, "Wow -- that was great!"? Well, you may think again if you haven't seen it since. On Thursday, Feb. 26 the Academy of Natural Sciences (1900 Benjamin Franklin Parkway) hosts Mega-Bad Movie Night that will feature a comedic commentary and an interactive discussion panel. General admission gets you snacks, the movie viewing, hands-on activities, and admission to the museum after hours. Where's the beer come into play? For VIP you get all that and an open bar. The event is from 5:30 p.m. through 9 p.m.

Don't let the cold weather ruin your fun this month. Kennett Square will host its 3rd Annual Winterfest on Saturday, Feb. 28 from 12:30 p.m. through 4 p.m. Located in the 100 block of South Broad running between State Street and Cypress State, breweries and vendors will line up pouring samples of their beers, and selling local food to keep that belly happy. Expect brews from local companies such as Prism, Conshohocken, Neshaminy Creek and national brands such as DuClaw, Ballast Point, and Great Lakes. Just because this event takes place outside doesn't mean you'll be freezing. All the vendors will be located in a heated tent so your hands won't go numb holding those sample cups.

If you made it out to Made on American Street this past summer, you know the Philly Homebrew group knows how to throw a great festival. Now since it's winter, their barbecue and summer beer recipes step to the side for chili and seasonal ales during the 3rd Annual Winter Warmer's fest. Taking place out front of the Philadelphia Fire Fighters and Paramedic's Union (415 N. 5th St.) admission gets you unlimited chili and beer samples as well as your vote for the best chili in the event. The fest runs 1 p.m. through 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28.
