Everyone knows that the night before Thanksgiving is one of the biggest party evenings of the year, and no one throws down like the gay community when it comes to parties. Check out some of the hot places to be come Thanksgiving eve.

1. Pink Pub Crawl

The Pink Pub Crawl will return this year to rock the best bars in the gayborhood. For the newbie’s out there, the admission is $25 for those dressed in something pink, $30 if pink just doesn’t complement your skin tone. The party starts at iCandy and the fees will get you one free drink at each bar stop, plus free dance floor admission at iCandy, Woody’s and Voyeur. Find out more here.

2. iCandy

The Holiday cheer comes early at iCandy this year. If you aren’t feeling the pink, perhaps red is more suited to your taste. “The Red Party” offers free admission for, you guessed it, red clothing items. Break out those fire engine jeans and ho ho ho on over. There will also be $6 pinnacle shots and a vodka pie-eating contest (I’m not sure what that means, but it will result in intoxication). Find out more about iCandy, here.

3. Tabu

For those skipping out on the pub-crawl, get started early at Tabu with their happy hour $3 and $5 martini menu. Pair it up with some $3 cheese quesadilla’s to even out the booze. You can’t go wrong there, and that’s just the beginning because there will be $4 well drinks and $3 drafts all night. Interested? Learn more here.

4. Woody’s

Woody’s remains the go-to establishment for a great gay time, if you can move that is. The popular renovated establishment will be bursting at the seams with plenty of party people, Gangnam Style! The club now features a massive beer list on tap, as well as no less than two dance floors on the top level.

5. Voyeur

If you are still standing (what a champ!), then shimmy, walk, stumble or crawl over to Voyeur to keep that party going. C’mon, dinner isn’t until at least 3:00 PM the next day. Besides, DJ Drew G will be spinning sick beats on the main floor, with Proper Panda in the upstairs Ruby Lounge. It’s also the last stop on the Pink Pub Crawl, which is a nice way to avoid admission fees since funds will be sorely lacking at that point!
