Step up and hit the dance floor at various Philly locations during Philadelphia Dance Day on Saturday, July 27.

Whether you are a novice or a ballroom pro, you can move and groove during this all-day celebration of creative expression.

From classic ballet and swing to smokin' hot hip-hop, Latin and even burlesque, all genres are covered and there is a workshop that suits everyone's style and taste.

As if that wasn't enough, you can also partake in bumpin' and energetic dance workouts at the Zumba, extreme ballet, bokwa and cardio belly dance workshops. You might break a sweat, but at least you will with some rhythm and pizazz.

The festival's workshops and classes are at various locations throughout the city, including The Arts Parlour, Studio 1831, Philadelphia Dance Academy and the Christian Street YMCA.

As the day wraps up, the spotlight will be on the Philadelphia Ethical Society in Rittenhouse Square for a poppin', all-out Zumba party, which will be followed by a cool-off dance session where you can show off your foxtrot and Lindy. Admission is only $5 and it's sure to be a fantastic time.

So you think you can dance? If you don't, don't worry about getting served on the dance floor – this festival is for everyone of all ages and expertise to enjoy.

Don't forget to bring your dance and/or workout gear and be prepared to shake it like a Polaroid picture.
